"10 Priorities for Remote Team Management
in a Work-from-Home World"

A rising share of employees now regularly engage in working from home (WFH). Employees appreciate many aspects of WFH, but management may have concerns this can lead to "shirking from home."

What's the best way to resolve these issues? Chris will share some useful tips to get the most "gain" without too much "pain" when utilizing remote office locations, including both traditional employer models as well as "Work from Home" environments for Managed Service Providers.
