AITP is the Association of Information Technology Professionals, a national organization dedicated to core values of ethics and professionalism in the field of data processing.

AITP encourages the development of educational programs for self-improvement of its members, embraces high standards of competence and professional attitude, promotes awareness of the impact of information processing on society, and stresses members' responsibility to employers and to society.

Reflecting these goals, AITP advocates a Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct.


Your Local Chapter

We are AITP's North Central Florida chapter (#298), located in AITP's Region 7 (Southern Hospitality Region).

We serve our community by hosting dinner presentations and discussions related to technology and management, social and networking events, hands-on training and education, and tours of local and technological interest.

The North Central Florida chapter of AITP has won the Region 7 Outstanding Chapter of the Year Award (ROCA) for 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004.
